My name is Juan Cumbrado, and I have been involved in technology for several decades. When I first started out, I was considered a ‘avis raris.’ Fortunately, I have grown alongside technology and the transformation of companies. I have worked around the world for multinationals, where I continued to be the ‘avis raris,’ proposing challenges and disruptive actions. Today, I am responsible for innovation in one of those companies, innovation that generates impact, not just innovation for show. I have the transformative gene to help companies grow and disrupt. I believe that one of my greatest assets is the ability to connect ideas, initiatives, people and solutions, seeking to create impact and falling in love with the problem rather than the solution.
